The Quaid project limited, (in liquidation) registered under company number 2905684 c/o Singla & Co, 12 Devereux Court, Strand, London WC2R 3JL, United Kingdom (the “Grantor”) - The Quaid project of America LLC, c/o Dorsey & Whitney, 21 Wilson Street, London EC2M 2TD (“Lender”), and the representative and son-in-law of the actor Juan Aneiros(CLW), have been condemned by the Court of the Mercantile of Burgos to indemnify with 700.000 ? Euros, in concept of rights of author to the designer Gerardo Moreno , illustrador and artistic director of the coverDVD of the film ‘Jinnah: The Movie’,in his 2 editions.
Juan Aneiros, son-in-law and representative of Christopher Lee, after hiring to Gerardo Moreno , with the assent of Lee and the corresponding producers, so that he was elaborated the coverDVD of the film ‘Jinnha: The Movie’,and his corresponding illustration, did not clear the rights of author to the designer,
by what this interposed a demand that now has already his sentence in firm and in favor,that forces to pay to the sued 700.000 ? Euros to the designer .
After trying notify the demand to the all involved through the embassy, only Juan Aneiros was notified , that says not to know the domicile of Sr.Lee and of the company The Quaid proyect limited. In front of this situation, the Court of the Mercantile of Burgos declares them in procedural rebelliousness , doing firm the sentence in the BOE and forcing them to indemnify to Gerardo Moreno with 700.000 ? Euros, since the sentence awards him,the legal authority so that he was the attendant to explode the rights of his work.

El afamado actor Christopher Lee, la empresa The Quaid proyect limited; The Quaid project limited, (in liquidation) registrada bajo el numero de compañia 2905684 c/o Singla & Co, 12 Devereux Court, Strand, London WC2R 3JL, United Kingdom (the “Grantor”) ·The Quaid project of America LLC,c/o Dorsey & Whitney, 21 Wilson Street, London EC2M 2TD (“Lender”), y el representante y yerno del actor Juan Aneiros(CLW), han sido condenados por el Juzgado de lo Mercantil de Burgos a indemnizar con 700.000 ? Euros, en concepto de derechos de autor al diseñador Gerardo Moreno , ilustrador y director artístico del coverDVD de la película ‘Jinnah: The Movie’,en sus 2 ediciones.
Juan Aneiros, yerno y representante de Christopher Lee, después de contratar a Gerardo Moreno ,con el cosentimiento de Christopher Lee y los correspondientes productores , para que elaborara el coverDVD de la película ‘Jinnha: The Movie’,y su correspondiente ilustración, no liquidó los derechos de autor al diseñador, por lo que este interpuso una demanda que ahora tiene ya su sentencia en firme y a favor,que obliga a pagar a los demandados 700.000 ? Euros al diseñador.
Tras intentar notificar la demanda a todos los implicados a través de la embajada, solamente se le notifico a Juan Aneiros, que dice desconocer el domicilio de Sr.Lee y de la empresa The Quaid proyect limited. Ante esta situación, el Juzgado de lo Mercantil de Burgos los declara en rebeldía procesal, haciendo firme la sentencia en el BOE y obligándoles a indemnizar a Gerardo Moreno con 700.000 ? Euros, ya que la sentencia le otorga potestad para que él sea ,el encargado de explotar los derechos de su obra.
